Multiple simultaneous scandals rock Canadian nuclear establishment

Safety concerns and tritium leaks at a 50-year old reactor at Chalk River,Ontario, and tritium discharges into the Ottawa River have sparked a chain reaction that has led to daily national media headlines, severe shortages of radiopharmaceuticals, and calls for the resignation of a federal cabinet minister.
