On Monday, November 8, 2021, Beyond Nuclear's legal counsel filed our docketing materials in the Interim Storage Partners (ISP) consolidated interim storage facility (CISF) federal appeal.

Beyond Nuclear's legal counsel are Diane Curran of Washington, D.C., as well as Mindy Goldstein and Geoff Toy of the Turner Environmental Law Clinic at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Some related updates in recent days:


  *   Fasken Land and Mineral, Ltd., an opponent of the dump, has filed a petition for review in the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. The court already has consolidated Fasken's case with the State of Texas's case, also filed there within the past several weeks.


  *   The State of New Mexico, also a dump opponent, has filed a petition for review in the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
