EESI briefing on Hill warns of financial and proliferation risks of nuclear power expansion

The briefing featured Mark Cooper and Peter Bradford of Vermont Law School on financial risks, and Alex Glaser of Princeton Univeristy on nuclear weapons proliferation risks.
