Beyond Nuclear's radioactive waste specialist, Kevin Kamps, will testify at a People's Hearing on Oct. 29th, focused on the repeal of House Bill 6 (HB6), the scandalous $1.3 billion dirty and dangerous old reactor and coal burner bailout law in Ohio.

The People's Hearing is organized by an environmental coalition, including Sierra Club.

Kevin has submitted two written documents about the Davis-Besse atomic reactor: (1.) Davis-Besse Atomic Reactor: 20 MORE Years of Radioactive Russian Roulette on the Great Lakes Shore?! (November 19, 2010); and (2.) What Humpty Dumpty Doesn't Want You to Know; Davis-Besse's Cracked Containment Snow Job (August 8, 2012).

Kevin's two-minute verbal testimony will be based on his op-ed submitted to the Toledo Blade on July 31, 2020, that was never published.
