Vigilant resistance against a degraded old reactor bailout costing IL residents hundreds of millions, or even more than a billion, dollars is therefore required. This nuclear bailout would be on top of the $2.35 billion old nuclear reactor bailout approved by the IL legislature and previous IL governor in Dec. 2016.
