Diane Curran of Harmon, Curran, Spielberg, & Eisenberg, L.L.P. of Washingtn, D.C., and Mindy Goldstein of Emory University School of Law, Turner Environmental Law Clinic, in Atlanta, GA, serve as Beyond Nuclear's legal counsel in our opposition to the Holtec/ELEA CISF (centralized interim storage facility), targeted at southeastern New Mexico.

Toledo, Ohio-based attorney Terry Lodge, on behalf of a seven-group, nation-wide grassroots environmental coalition (comprised of Don’t Waste Michigan, Citizens’ Environmental Coalition of New York, Citizens for Alternatives to Chemical Contamination of Michigan, Nuclear Energy Information Service of Illinois, Public Citizen (with Texas and D.C. offices), San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace of California, and Nuclear Issues Study Group of New Mexico), filed a similar motion.

So too did Wally Taylor, Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based legal counsel for Sierra Club, the oldest and biggest environmental organization in the U.S.
