Davis-Besse nuclear plant gets $9 million federal grant for hydrogen production

As reported by the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Hmmm...will that include radioactive hydrogen (tritium), which Davis-Besse generates lots of, and releases to the environment regularly? Tritium packs a harmful beta radiation punch, especially at intimate levels of the human anatomy, right down to the DNA molecule—which can cause cancer, birth defects, and genetic damage.

Solar and wind can also generate hydrogen—the non-radioactive, harmless version.

PowerMag, the Post Register, ExecutiveGov.com, and the Star Tribune have also reported on this story.
