The Honorable Douglas Roche, longtime opponent of nuclear weapons and advocate for a nuclear weapons-free world, marked his 80th birthday on October 14 with a speech at a Canadian nuclear disarmament seminar where he once again voiced sanity amidst the bellicous rattling of nuclear sabers around the world.
