"Burning Money" image by Gene Case, Avenging AngelsInter Press Service reports that Georgia ratepayers have already been charged nearly $1.5 billion in CWIP surcharges for the proposed new Vogtle 3 & 4 AP1000s, suffering skyrocketing cost overruns of nearly a billion dollars, and construction problems (bad foundations, concrete, and rebar) leading to long schedule delays.
