Trump also vowed to institute a policy that for every new regulation, two old ones must be eliminated.

[This of course does not bode well for water protectors resisting the final construction leg of the Dakota Access Pipeline, in which President-Elect Donald J. Trump is personally invested, to the tune of hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars.]
