Beyond Nuclear on KPFA's "Flashpoints"

Today on Flashpoints: Kashmir in the crosshairs of India and Prime Minister, Modi. The violent repression and extreme censorship continues unabated. Also, a confirmed nuclear explosion at a remote Russian military base, largely covered up by the Russians, raised fears of wide level contamination, more meltdowns and brings back echoes of Chernobyl. And, will California approve the first ever pubic bank ever to be formed in the state.
