The largest nuclear power plant on the planet could go to the Great Lakes?!

With six operable reactors, and two more under refurbishment, Bruce already has more nuclear power plants than any other in the Western Hemisphere. But four brand newreactors are now proposed, which wouuld make it thesingle biggest nuclear power plant on the planet.
