LBP-19-07 was the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Atomic Safety and Licensing Board ruling, 25 days ago, in the Waste Control Specialists/Interim Storage Partners proceeding. WCS/ISP proposes a 40,000 metric ton consolidated interim storage facility for irradiated nuclear fuel and Greater-Than-Class-C, highly radioactive "low-level" radioactive waste at a site in Andrews County, TX, very near Eunice, NM.
